L.I.F.E.: From Victim to Victory, With God's Help, Michelle is a survivor who enjoys being a part of the solution for the social and business issues faced by individuals and organizations.

As an entrepreneur and owner of start-up Maverick Minds Publishing LLC, and established companies, Maverick HR Consulting, Goodwine Multimedia Marketing, and Diversity Advice Consultants, she brings expertise in Human Resources, Marketing, and Diversity to business, government, and educational institutions through her consulting firms.

Through her writing, teaching, and training, she empowers individuals and helps organizations thrive.As an out-of the-box thinker, Michelle is proud of her reputation of finding win-win solutions to resolve conflicts.
